Onnpoint Advisory takes a tech-first approach as that is the only way we can maintain efficiencies. In order for new clients to be accepted in to Onnpoint Advisory, the business must be using a cloud-based accounting software such as Quickbooks Online or Xero, have banks that can maintain a steady connection to bank aggregators and allow our team administrative access to third party software and financial institutions. This will allow us to perform at a high level without disrupting your day-to-day operations and allow our clients to shift their focus to running and growing their business.
Onnpoint Advisory works mainly with healthcare businesses in categories such as dental, medical, optometry, med spas and many others. While healthcare is our core focus, we do take on partners that fall under other categories should they meet our operations and technology requirements and should they need the level of service we provide.
At Onnpoint Advisory, while we hate to refuse business, we find the most success working with business owners who takes an active interest in their business on a more frequent basis as opposed to just at the end of the year. When we take on new clients, we ensure that we provide data on the health, growth and trajectory of their business on a quarterly basis via our Quarterly Business Review (QBR). A Management Report is delivered monthly so our partners get a snapshot of how their business is doing on a month-to-month basis. We understand that business owners are busy with day-to-day, that's why we work around our partner's schedule and often times meet in the evenings or weekends.
The business owners that are not ideal fits our partnership are the ones that only want to know how their business is doing at the end of the year. Although we are open to the engagement, we want to make sure our fees reflect the level of services we provide.
We do not force our partners to sign long-term contracts with us. Instead, we like to let our service delivery speak for itself. If we deliver on our promise and deliver exceptional results, we hope that will lead to a long and fruitful relationship.
